Quick self-service tips
These common issues can usually be resolved without contacting support.
Speech sounds wrong
Install your base language's voice pack on your device. Settings → Text-to-speech → Install voice data → select your language.
Flashcards not showing
No cards due today is normal — FSRS schedules reviews for when you actually need them. Check back tomorrow.
Lost your progress
Progress is tied to your Google account, not your device. Sign back in with the same Google account and everything will restore automatically.
Delete my account
In the app, go to Settings (⚙) → Danger Zone → Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data.
